At Petlyvo, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below to understand our shipping options and delivery times.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available). You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.
